The return shipping will only be paid for by the seller if you use a return shipping label provided by The Closeout Connection. Merchandise can also be returned to our retail locations for immediate store credit. A refund can also be issued only after the store manager notifies the online department that the item was returned unopened. The refund is processed by the online department, not the retail store.
